Lights on the Bridge:

Meet Our Interns (continuation)

(continued)

Currently, Ja'Nyiah and Madison consult directly with real organizations and face genuine, complex business challenges. With mentors' guidance and support, they are continually challenged to look beyond obvious answers, ask deeper questions, and approach every project through a professional, strategic lens. Both interns believe they have gained newfound confidence in their abilities, learning that while strategic growth requires continuous improvement, their voices and ideas truly mattered.

A defining element of their journey at RealMKTG Consulting is the powerful synergy between them as peers. Working alongside a partner with a matching work ethic and shared dedication pushes Ja'Nyiah and Madison each day. Holding one another accountable, exchanging distinct perspectives, and building on each other's ideas fuel their creativity and keep them grounded and focused throughout the experience.

Through hands-on problem-solving, active client consultation, and strong teamwork, Ja'Nyiah and Madison are growing both personally and professionally. Their internship at RealMKTG Consulting gives them the practical skills, strategic mindset, and real-world preparation to step confidently into their future marketing careers.
